Configuring Customer Center pages

The Customer Center pages, both internal and external, must be configured with the name, reference (URL) and availability property (application property) in the Business Center. In addition, for external pages, you can specify the reference in different languages that are supported by Infor e-Commerce.

To configure a page:

  1. Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
  2. Click the Application Setup > Pages link in the navigator.
  3. Click Create New.
  4. Make the following settings:
    Field Description
    Internal Name Enter a name for the page that is easily recognizable to the users of the Business Center.
    Default URL Enter the name of the.jsp file associated with the page. By default, Infor e-Commerce uses this reference to display the page. However, if language-specific URL is specified, Infor e-Commerce uses language-specific reference to display the page.
    App Property Select the relevant application property for the page. Leave this field blank if the page does not have an application property or if you want to hide the page from being displayed in the Customer Center.
    Text Enter the name of the URL (language-specific URL) in each of the language supported by the application.
  5. Click Create.

    The page reloads with the settings so far, which also displays additional fields for selecting feature elements.

  6. Select the feature element appropriate for the page and click Save.

    Use the search form to find the page you wish to edit. To edit a page, click the menu name in the Internal Name column of the list. The form for editing a page is identical to the one for creating a new page.
