Modifying single user information

  1. Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
  2. In the B2B setup, click the Users:Single Users B2B link in the navigator.

    In the B2C setup, click the Users:Single Users B2C link in the navigator.

  3. Specify your search criteria in the search form and then click Search to find the user you want to work with.

    The single-user form looks the same whether you are creating a new user or editing one that already exists.

    To edit a user, click the name in the User Name column of the list.

    The "Guest" user is also listed in the single-users list; this is a special account, which is described in more detail in Customer users".

  4. Make necessary modifications and click Save.
