Using the Sequential Configurator

The Sequential Configurator is a web application that simulates the configuration of logo images, autoselection of features, and validation of text in M3 Product Configurator. When using Sequential Configurator, each tab in M3 Product Configurator is defined by a unique URL, which the user must specify in Infor e-Commerce.

The Sequential Configurator is a separate application and can integrate with Infor e-Commerce through the Java servlet specified in the Business Center. It is included in the Infor e-Commerce package as an option in enabling M3 Product Configurator. Users have the flexibility to connect to other third-party applications or services. To install the Sequential Configurator, you must:

• Upload the SequentialConfigurator.war file in WebSphere.

• Set up Sequential Configurator in the Business Center.
