Overview

Infor e-Commerce can send e-mail messages to both customers and merchant salespeople. When viewing item information, a customer can click a link to submit questions directly to a sales representative. Also, when a customer has submitted an order, Infor e-Commerce can automatically send an e-mail message to the customer to confirm that the order has been received.
