Adding a maintenance agreement to a quotation

Maintenance customer order agreement records are used to create a quotation line of type 5.

  1. On Product tab, select the Maintenance agreement subtab and click the New agreement button. Alternatively, on the Product or All tab, right-click the product and select Related > Add Maintenance Agreement.
  2. Select a maintenance agreement from the list, then, to update the display, click Refresh. If the agreement is not displayed, adjust the basic information.
  3. To manually update the sequence number, the responsible person, the number of periods, the validity period, and the sales price, double-click the maintenance agreement record.
    The number of periods is used only for information, while the validity period is used for the creation of the maintenance agreement header.
  4. To remove maintenance agreements from the quotation, right-click the record and select Delete.
