Creating an aftermarket sale of parts, service, or warranty for an equipment

  1. On the Equipment tab, select an equipment.
    Ensure that you select an equipment that has already been sold to a customer.
    The subtabs to the right and at the bottom show information related to the selected equipment.
  2. Click the Quotations tab.
    All open quotations connected to the customer for the selected equipment are displayed.
  3. To create a quotation header, click the New quotation button.
    The new quotation is displayed at the top of the list of quotations.
  4. From the quotation list, select the new quotation.
  5. Click the Search & Create tab.
  6. Add quotation lines using the Parts, Service and Warranty subtabs in the same way as for the customer workflow.
  7. Select an equipment.
    The subtabs to the right and at the bottom show information related to the selected equipment.
  8. To transfer the quotation to an order, click the Create order button on the Quotation lines subtab to the right.
  9. Click the Fulfillment tab.
  10. Select the new quotation.
    The list at the bottom shows order information related to the selected quotation.
  11. Select a quotation line.
    • For parts or warranty, to open 'Customer Order. Open Line' (OIS101), select Related > Customer Order. Open Line or press Ctrl+11.
    • For service, to open 'Maintenance Customer Orders. Open' (COS100), select Related > Maintenance Customer Order. Open or press Ctrl+24.
