Quotation fulfillment

To follow up on a quotation, use the Fulfillment tab, and access these programs:

• 'Customer Order. Open Line' (OIS101), to track this information:
  • The product
  • The extended warranty
  • The miscellaneous costs
  • Initial payment from the maintenance agreement
• 'Maintenance Customer Orders. Open' (COS100), to track the installation and commissioning service,
• 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410), to track the maintenance agreement,
• 'Work Request. Open' (MOS170), to track the configuration service,
• 'Rental Logistics Toolbox. Open' (STS140), to track the rental line for financing type 2-Rental, 3-Leasing, or 4-IRR,
• 'Planned Purchase Order. Open' (PPS170) and 'Purchase Order. Display Lines' (PPS220), to track purchase activities.
