Quotation Fulfillment

You can follow-up on a quotation by using the fulfillment tabs. Fulfillment provides access to the following records:

• 'Customer Order. Open Line' (OIS101) to track:

  • The product;

  • The extended warranty;

  • The miscellaneous costs;

  • Initial payment from the maintenance agreement.

• 'Maint CO. Open' (COS100) to track:

  • The installation and commissioning service.

• 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410) to track:

  • The maintenance agreement.

• 'Work Request. Open' (MOS170)

  • Track configuration service.

• 'LTR Agreement. Open' (LTS100)

  • Leasing line (manually created using 'Customer Order. Open Line' (OIS101) option 16)

• 'Rental Logistic Toolbox' (STS140)

  • Rental line for finanicng type '1 - RPO' or '2 - Rental'.
