Workflow actions
A workflow includes one or several action steps. This table shows the available workflow actions:

| Calculate Forecast | Calculates the forecast for a favorite view. |
| Calculate Forecast Category | Calculates the forecast for all favorite views with a specific category |
| Calculate Scoreboard (Excepts/Alerts) | Calculates the scoreboard |
| Calculate Scoreboard Category | Calculates all scoreboards with a specific category |
| Dataset Data | Completes a dataset data copy of a saved configuration |
| Expand Dataset Data | Generates the data by expanding the data of one Favorite view using a second Favorite view as a distribution table |
| Favorite View Data | Uses the Favorite View Data Manager to copy part of the data from one version to another favorite view |
| AUM Import | Imports Alternative Units of Measures |
| AUM Deploy | Deploys the AUM factors |
| Attribute Import | Imports the descriptions and group fields |
| Extra Key Import | Imports grouping fields that you can edit and use in Filters |
| Run Script | Runs a number of DMP scripts |
| Import File | Imports from a CSV file to integrate with external systems |
| Export File | Exports to a CSV file to integrate with external systems |
| Import Promotions | Imports M3 Promotions to DMP |
| Export Promotions | Exports modified promotions to M3 |
| Assign Promotions | Merges Promotions to a dataset to enable the tracking of the promotion in Favorite Views |
| Accept Sales Activities | Accepts all sales activities in a dataset automatically |
| Confirm Scenario Parts | Confirms all scenario part in a dataset automatically |
| Workflow | Completes another workflow |
| Start Timer | Sets a specific time for the workflow to start execution |
| Open Favorite View | Opens a Favorite View Grid |
| Open Scoreboard record | Opens a Scoreboard Grid |
| Close All | Closes all the tabs that are open in the workbench area in DMP |
| Global Filter | Replans single items in an existing workflow and divides a
large amount of data to smaller parts Note: Global filter
is applied to all favorite view related actions.

| Import M3 Data | Creates a CSV file that enables the import of Attributes, Text Keys, and Extra Keys |
| Import (Dataset) | Imports a dataset from M3 using REST API |
| Export (Dataset) | Exports a dataset from M3 using REST API |

| Open Version Cycle | Administrator controls the Forecast Cycle activities that take place while the version is open |
| Close Version Cycle | Closes databases for the consolidation and export of updates to M3 BE |
| Open Phantom | Accesses the Phantom Manager |
| Open Phase out | Opens a pivot sheet displaying only the phased out records for the selected dataset |
| Open Promotion | Opens the Promotion tracking in DMP |
| M3 Trigger | Uses FCS425 program in M3 BE |
| Run SQL | Runs basic SQL commands in the workflow |
