Management Rights for Central user role

A user that is assigned to a central role has access to certain features of an open version. This table shows the user management rights that are available for the Central role:

Manage Extra Keys	Enables the user to modify the extra keys in pivot sheet.
Manage Forecast Methods	Enables access to these features in Data: Forecast Method Define Create Seasonal index Change Forecast Methods in pivot sheet
Manage Forecast Calculation	Enables the user to calculate a forecast using favorite views or pivot sheet.
Manage Phantoms	Enables access to Dataset > Phantoms to copy the phantom structure from the pivot sheet.
Manage Key State	Enables access to these features: Menu > Lists > Key State Dataset > Phase out Change Key State in pivot sheet
Manage AUM Factor Edit	Enables access to Menu > Data > AUM Factor Edit. The AUM factors are edited in a special grid view.
Manage Promotions	Enables access to Menu > Data > Promotions List. To access the Promotion header and lines, double-click the Promotion key or Item number column.
Manage Scripts	Enables access to Menu > Lists > Scripts. If this right is enabled, the user can also access the scripts in the pivot sheets.
Manage Numeric/Text for Keys	Enables access to Menu > Data > Numerics and texts for keys for modification.
Manage Setup Settings	Enables access to Setup > Setting.
Manage Time marks	Enables access to Lists > Time Marks.
Manage Changes and SA	Enables access to these features in List: Change lists Sales activities Change categories External References
Manage User Dataset	Enables access to own rights in Menu > Users > User Dataset Access.
Manage User Data Domain	Enables access to own rights in Menu > Users > User Domains.
Manage Add & Remove Synchronization	Enables access to add and remove files from the synchronization process screen in Menu > Version > Synchronization. By default, this right is enabled for users with administrator role and disabled for users with forecaster central role.
Manage Upload Synchronization	Causes files, which have changes, to be uploaded in the server. By default, this right is enabled for users with administrator role and disabled for users with forecaster central role. Note: Both administrator role and forecaster central role will have download synchronization. During synchronization, a spinning yellow arrow icon is displayed in the lower right corner.
Manage Changes for All Users	Enables access to view other users' changes in the List > Changes dialog box. You can only perform the actions Confirm and Unconfirm scenario parts and Delete for your own changes. Note: You must have the Manage Changes and SA right to access the Changes dialog box.
