Linking AUM to a Dataset

You can link the individual AUMs to the Datasets in the active version using the AUM Dataset Links. The list displays any combination of declared AUM with any existing dataset in the version.

From the menu, select Data > AUM Setup.
Click AUM Dataset Links.
On AUM Dataset Links, select By Dataset to view AUMs attached to the dataset or select By AUM to view the datasets attached to the AUM.
Select an appropriate dataset or AUM for linking.
Click OK to save the changes.

Note: Only administrators can perform this task. The legitimate combinations of AUM datasets display in the tree structure. A combination is legitimate if the AUM definition and the dataset structure match. If no legitimate AUM dataset combinations exist, a warning message is displayed.
