Importing AUM

You can use AUM Import to retrieve conversion factors from defined sources, import the factors into temporary tables, and deploy them to the forecast structure. You can configure and maintain queries for importing AUMs.

The import relies on the input from the AUM setup.

From the menu, select Data > AUM Setup
Click AUM Import.
On AUM Import, select or modify the existing template and
Click Edit Queries to define a new query.
On AUM Import, select the AUM.
A tool tip is displayed to show the number of queries defined for the AUM.
Select Remove All AUM Record before Import to remove previously imported AUMs before importing. Alternatively, the new imports append the existing AUMs.
Select Trim Keys to remove leading spaces from the Attribute key.
Select the AUM from the list and click Run Import.
The progress bar shows the deployment status.
Note: Alternatively, you can access AUM Import from Data > AUM Define then click Run Import.
This functionality is only enabled for administrators.
