Save Version

  1. Select Version Control, select a version and click Actions.
  2. Select Manage > Save Version.
  3. On Save Version, specify this information:
    Account
    This field automatically generates the account name of the Windows user.
    Company
    Specify the company name.
    Comment
    Optionally, specify a comment about this package.
  4. On Filter Options, specify this information:
    Key records to save
    Specify the number of key records to save. The default value is 1000.
    Datasets
    Select an option from the list. The default value is ALL.
    Key Name
    Select an option from the list. The default value is BLANK.
    Key Filter
    Click the ellipsis button to browse. This field is enabled and required if you select a Key Name.
    Exclude Attributes
    Optionally, select this option to prevent attributes from being saved.
  5. On Folder/File Name, specify the location and file name where the version is saved.
  6. Click Save Version.
    Note: For Multi-Tenant setups, files in Scripts and Data Paths are not automatically saved and must be synchronized to be included in the saved version. See Synchronization.
