DB Settings

  1. From the menu, select Data Administration > DB Settings.
  2. On Subsystem ID, select the appropriate option from the list.

      • Set the SndDatasetDta setting to true to use OSS401MI.SndDatasetDta as an alternative to OSS401MI.SndBudget. However, using SndDatasetDta instead of SndBudget offers no added benefit.
      • Set the WriteToJSON setting to true to enable the Application Service to write a JSON file for each data payload sent to M3. This is useful for validating APIs.
    • 44 - Import Data Lake
      • Set DeleteIngestionFiles to false to prevent the Application Service from cleaning up the ingestion files used for sending payloads to Data Lake.
      • Set CompressedPayload to false to avoid compressing the payload before sending it to Data Lake. This is helpful for validating that the payloads are correct.
    • 49 - Import Settings - See and edit Import File Retention time in hours and Import Staging table Retention time in hours.
  3. To set a feature to active, select the feature, then specify 1 in the Active column field.
  4. Click Reload.
  5. Click OK.
