Exporting file through Favorite View

You can use this option for extracting data for external review. By using the filtering options in your favorite views, you can export specific parts of the dataset. The export file option allows you to export data or values from a favorite view, including Calculated Measures, AUMs, Extra Keys, and PLM key state information.

You can export the data in various formats such as CSV files, mini websites, XML data, or Excel templates. You can select a template based on the export mode and customize the fonts and colors in the output.

These are the available templates in the DMP client program folder:

  • ExportTemplate.html

This template is used for the website export.

  • ExportTemplate_H.xls

This template is used to export data with horizontal periods.

  • ExportTemplate_V.xls
