About promotion graphical view

You can view promotions in a graphical view. These are the view types and periods:

• Normal view without calendar, which is the default view of promotions. This view shows the promotion header and the promotion items table.
• Display items in full height with calendar. This view shows the promotion items vertically on the right side of the workbench. The promotion header and the graphical calendar are displayed horizontally on the left side.
• Display calendar with full width. This view shows the promotion header and the promotion lines side by side in the upper part of the workbench. The graphical calendar is displayed in full width in the bottom area.

Calendar view types determine the periods that display in the graphical calendar. These are the four calendar view types:

• View by days
• View by days without Weekend
• View by week
• View by month

You can change calendar views by clicking the icons in the graphical calendar or by right-clicking the calendar columns to open the context menu.

The Promotions Header table includes a Color column. You can select a color to represent each promotion item. In the graphical calendar, color brightness alternates from solid to light based on the number of promotion items.

When you select a promotion item, the focus changes in the graphical calendar.
