Exporting file
- From the menu, select Version > Export > Export File.
- On Configuration, select a configuration from the list.

On Export Data, select a file interface option from
Dataset, Favorite View, or Scoreboard then select a value that
corresponds to your selected option. Specify this information:
- Keys
- Select a key option from the list.

On Options, specify this information:
- List Separator
- Select a separator character from the list.
- Missing value
- Select an option from the list.
- Date Mapping
- Select an option from the list.

On Export Mode, select an available template from the
list. Additionally, you can select these options:
- One-line header
- Select the check box to put the header in a single row.
- Exclude FRF
- Select the check box to remove the FRF column and the two-leading character from
OSKEY and OSLEC when you save the CSV file.Note: You can select this option if the export parameter is set to CSV format.
- Confirmed measures
- Select the check box to allow Export File to generate a CSV file that includes key records with confirmed measure values.

Note: If Confirmed measures is enabled in favorite view, then the setting in the Export File is not applied. The generated output is for the confirmed and committed values.
- Use View Column Name
- Select this option to allow the exported files to use the key column names
defined for favorite views. This option is available if
Export Data is set to Favorite View or Scoreboard.Note: This option also affects Extra Keys, Numeric/Text for Keys, and Key State.

On Export Parameters, specify this information:
- Format
- Specify the format of the file to be exported.
- Files
- Select a file option from the list.
- Periods
- Specify an option from the list.
- Measure
- Specify a measure to be used.
- Year
- Select a year from the list.
- On Folder/File Name, specify a folder location. Once the export is complete, the file is generated in the folder you specified.
- Click Export.
- Optionally, click View log file to view the event log file.
