Setting a Favorite View Data

To set a Favorite View Data, select Menu > Data > Favorite View Data, and set Action to Set.

This action allows From Favorite View to update these values, depending on the selected Set function:

• You can set a measure to specific value.
• You can round off or truncate a measure with the option to set negative numbers to 0.
• Key is a special set function which allow an Extra or Numeric or Text key to inherit value of measure from specific period. Offset defines the period from the start of the view sheet.

  For example, if the view sheet has Period: Monthly and starting in JANUARY 2016 then, Offset value is 2; the selected key will inherit the value of measure in MARCH 2016.
