Shortcuts
Shortcuts is a customizable menu which contains headers and links. Shortcuts is similar to web browser bookmarks.
Benefits of Shortcuts
By using Shortcuts, the user can do these options:
- Quick access to important views and Workflows for Administration
 - Quick access shared views for central users and administrators
 - Use the shortcut menu to access the links to Favorite views, Scoreboards, and Execute workflow. Shortcut menu includes headers, separator, and breaks.
 - Configure these options
			 through Organize: 
			 
- Workflows and views that is shared by administrators
 - Public or shared menu for administrator and central users
 - Private user menu
 
 
Note: For all menu types, the user can only set a
            shortcut for the dataset that they have access to.
