Keyboard Shortcuts

The keyboard shortcut keys refer to hot key options available in the Grid. This table provides a reference to available keyboard shortcuts in M3 Demand Planner.

Auto-resize all columns Shift + Double-click With Shift +, it is slower but more precise. Considers all values in the grid
Calculate Current Mode   Space This works only if Grid is not in read-only mode. You can change the selected cells.

Copy Ctrl + C This works like the Copy to Clipboard option. This functionality creates all header information and all selected rows on the clipboard. When the Grid is in range selection mode Ctrl + C should copy the visible selected range on the clipboard.

You must still select the selected Range after the copy.

Note: Only the visible cells should be copied and not any collapsed details cells.

Decrease Decimals Ctrl + J For selected columns
Find Ctrl + F Open the Find dialog box to search among keys and position the view on a matching key
Find continue Shift + F3 Continue the find down

Frozen Columns Mouse down Move Drag the frozen line to change the frozen columns. For example, columns that do not scroll,click and hold on the bold black line left of key columns.

N Search the visible rows. The default search path is vertical unless Goto next cell horizontally is selected.

If Shift is also pressed, the non-visible rows are expanded and the search will stop at detail rows.

Goto Next Manual Forecast Cell Ctrl +

or Shift +

T Search for the next cell with a manual overruling. This feature applies only for measure TotalFcst. This works like Goto Next Changed Cell.
Goto Next Scoreboard hit Cell Ctrl +

or Shift +

H Search for the next cell that meets the scoreboard condition. This feature applies only to Scoreboards. This works like Goto Next Changed Cell.

Navigate to previous period of the same measure

Ctrl + Left arrow This feature is used in Favorite Views for a sales budget layout.

Navigate to next period of the same measure
