Editing a sales activity

From the menu, select Lists > Sales Activities.
The Sales Activities dialog box is displayed.
Select the sales activity that requires editing.

Select from the available options to edit a sales activity.

This table describes all the options for editing a sales activity:


Option	Description
Move Sales Activity	If you select Move Sales Activity, a dialog box opens and asks for a new Start Period. When a new start period has been specified, all changes in the Sales activity are moved offset from the new start period and removed from its original position. The action status of the sales activity is updated to Move. The action and information on the new start period are uploaded to the server when performing Send Forecast Information.
Scale Sales Activity	If you select Scale Sales Activity, a dialog box opens and asks for scaling information. You can add or subtract values or percentages, or set them to an absolute value. All changes linked to the selected sales activity are factored into the ratio between the previous total value and the new total value of the sales activity. The action status of the sales activity and scaling information are updated to Scale. The action is uploaded to the server when performing Send Forecast Information.
Delete Sales Activity	If you select Delete Sales Activity, a dialog box opens and asks for confirmation of the deletion. The action status of the sales activity is updated to Delete. The action is uploaded to the server when performing Send Forecast Information.
Adjust Sales Activity	If you select Adjust Sales Activity, you are asked to open the sales activity with a specific filter. After selecting it, you can add the necessary changes to the sales activity. The action status of the sales activity is updated to Adjust. The status and the changes to the sales activity are uploaded to the server when performing Send Forecast Information.
