Accessing Key Information

Before you can access the Key Information in outline window, ensure that the Show outline window is selected in Favorite View Properties.

Right-click a favorite view and click Properties > Display Settings > Grid. Select the Show outline window check box.

To access Key Information in outline window:

  1. In the Favorite Views window, double-click a favorite view.
  2. Move the pointer over the selected key.
    The grid outline window is displayed.
  3. Click the outline window drop-down menu.
  4. Click Show Key Info.
  5. Click these tabs to display the key information:
    • Text
    • Comment
    • Info
    • Links
Note: Only the left most key with key information is displayed.
