Importing AUM

The AUM Import dialog box allows you to retrieve conversion factors from the defined sources, import them into temporary tables, deploy them into the forecast structure.

The queries for importing AUMs can also be configured and maintained from AUM Import.

The import itself relies on the input from the setup of AUMs.

Select Menu > Data > AUM Setup.
Click AUM Import . The AUM Import dialog box is displayed.
To select or modify the existing template and define a new query, click Edit Queries.
The Edit Queries dialog box is displayed.
After defining a new query for an AUM, select the AUM in AUM Import.
A tool tip is displayed showing the number of queries defined for that AUM.
Select Remove All AUM Record before Import to remove previously imported AUMs before importing. Alternatively, the new imports will append the existing AUMs.
Select Trim Keys to remove leading spaces from the Attribute key.
Select the AUM from the list and click Run Import.
The progress line will indicate that the deployment is complete.
The queries for importing AUMs can be configured and maintained from the AUM Import dialog box.
Note: Alternatively, you can access AUM Import in Data > AUM Define, the AUM define dialog box is displayed. Click Run Import to open AUM Import.
This functionality is only enabled for administrators.
