Favorite Views and Scoreboards

Favorite Views and Scoreboards are used for copying favorite views from a local version to a server version and vice-versa. It allows the administrator to copy favorite views from a local to a local version and from a server to a server version.

  1. Select Menu > Data > Favorite View and Scoreboards.
  2. Specify this information:
    Actions
    Select an option from the list.
    Copy Favorite Views
    Select this option to copy the selected Favorite views from one version to another.
    Delete Favorite Views
    Select this option to delete the selected Favorite views of a particular version.
    Options
    Select an option from the list.
    Only Public Favorite Views
    Select all the Public Favorite views for copying or deleting.
    Exclude Multiple Favorite Views
    Exclude all the Multiple Favorite Views from being copied or deleted.
    Use Existing Filter Groups
    Use all existing filter group for copying or deleting.
    Name prefix
    Specify a name for the copied version.
    From/To
    Specify this information:
    Version
    Select a version label from the list.
    Note: This option is disabled in MT.
    Dataset
    If applicable, specify a dataset.
  3. Click OK to save the changes. The progress bar displays if the action is completed.
    Note:  Only administrators can perform this task.
