Favorite View Properties
Favorite view properties define what parts of a dataset is selected for display. It also defines how the data is displayed. To open favorite view properties, right-click a favorite view record or use the menu in the application command bar.
This table displays the list of properties that you can update:

| Time Filter | Defines the timeline that the favorite view displays |
| Basic Keys | Defines key groups and key patterns similar to extra keys, except they do not use NULL but instead a blank |
| Extra Keys | Defines key groups and key patterns similar to basic keys |
| Aggregation | Aggregates the dataset data that reduces the number of records displayed |
| Attributes | Selects or clears any attributes defined on the dataset |
| Key Columns | Defines the sequence of the columns and which columns are grouped |
| Measures | Includes or excludes the measures of the dataset from the view |
| AUMs | Selects or clears any AUMs defined on the dataset |
| Calculated Measures | Enables you to combine measures with simple arithmetic functions to create equations |
| Editable Calculated Measures | Enables you to combine measures with simple arithmetic functions to create equations that distribute the changes to the included measures in accordance with the ECM equation |
| Value Columns | Specifies the order, name, number of decimals,percentage format, and group level calculation mode |
| Scenario | Selects which scenario parts (SP) or sales activities (SA) to include in favorite views |
| Distribution | Displays a detailed time level when enabled |
| User Changes | Displays the additional key column, User, in the Grid when enabled |
Note: If you change any property settings in the
Favorite View Properties dialog box, the particular property is
displayed in blue color. If you change the properties of a favorite view, the changes take
effect in all occurrences of that favorite view.
