Creating a Favorite View

  1. Select Favorite Views > Actions then click the New Favorite View icon.
    The New Favorite View dialog box is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Type
    Select a Favorite view type from the drop-down list.
    Dataset
    Select a Dataset from the drop-down list.
    Dataset View
    Select Single or Multiple.
    General
    Name
    Specify a name for the Favorite view.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description for the new Favorite view.
    Creation Date
    Displays the date when the Favorite view is created. This is a read-only field.
    Last Modified
    Displays the date when the Favorite view is modified. This is a read-only field.
  3. Click OK.
