Creating a Scoreboard record

Select
Scoreboard > Actions > New
Scoreboard record.
The New Scoreboard dialog box is displayed.

Specify this information:
This table displays the options to select the scoreboard type:
Option Description Favorite View Based This is used to create the scoreboard record for a particular favorite view. Not Completed To Do's This is used to create scoreboard records with Not Completed To Do list items. See Create To Do List Item. Users with one or more uncompleted To Do's This is used to create scoreboard records with uncompleted To Do list items of specific users. Number of Phantoms This is used to create scoreboard records for a particular Dataset with Phantom items. Number of Phase Out's This is used to create scoreboard records for a particular Dataset with Phased out items. Number of SA awaiting acceptance This is used to create scoreboard records for all or a specific Dataset with sales activities awaiting acceptance. Number of unconfirmed SP's This is used to create scoreboard records for all or a specific dataset with unconfirmed scenario parts. -
Select the applicable Favorite View or Dataset from the list.
Note: A drop-down list is not displayed for Not Completed To Do's and Users with one or more uncompleted To Do's types of scoreboard.

Specify this information:
- Name
- Specify a name for the scoreboard.
- Description
- Specify a description for the scoreboard.

Click OK to close the dialog box.
A new scoreboard record is created and listed in the Analysis area.
