Forecast Method Properties
The Forecast Method Properties enables the user to configure a new forecast method or change an existing forecast method.

General | General properties include Name, Category filter, Description and Scope (availability) information. The Category field serves as a filter option in the Forecast Methods list. You can either choose an existing category or enter a new one. Scope (availability) information is only available for administrators. |

Demand |
The user can select a demand measure for a forecast method. You can use measure as demand to create the Demand Base Line for forecast method. The demands are taken from one column and used in one or more methods. |

Seasonality |

Measure by column name | The demand is replaced with a
specified column measure.
The user can define that the demand is taken from a measure column and used as the demand baseline for the forecast calculation of record. If the measure column is not available, the forecast calculation will result to an error and the forecast calculation for this method is skipped. |
