Copying users

You can create new user profiles using another user profile as a template using the Copy User feature. The management rights, version permissions, and dataset access rights are also copied to the new user.

Note: In MT, you can only copy the dataset access rights of the active version since that is the only available connection. In OP, you can copy all the version dataset access.
  1. From the menu, select Users > Users.
  2. Select a user to copy in the grid.
  3. Click Copy User.
The Define new User dialog box is displayed.
