Calculating a Scoreboard

The scoreboard calculation depends on the type of the scoreboard record selected. See Create a Scoreboard Record.

Select Scoreboard > Actions > Calculate Scoreboard record .
The Scoreboard Calculate dialog is displayed.

In Scoreboard-Calculate, select one of the following options:

Option	Description
All	Recalculates all your scoreboards.
Only Selected	Recalculates only the record you selected.

Click OK.
The calculation is complete and the Current Score column in the Analysis area is populated with the latest score.
Note: Scoreboard-Calculate dialog can also be opened by selecting a Scoreboard record and right-clicking on it. The Calculate option in the right-click options can be used to open the Scoreboard-Calculate dialog. Scoreboard calculations for Favorite views are performed to mark the cells in the pivot sheet. This mark is displayed as a small colored dot in the lower-left corner of the cell. Using the keyboard Short cut Ctrl+H finds the next Scoreboard marked cell in the pivot sheet.
