Defining Options settings

  1. From the menu, select Setup > Settings > Options.
  2. Specify this information:
    Value name
    Specify a name as the heading for favorite views
    Number of decimals
    Specify a decimal number for the application to display the data with more or less than 2 decimal places, by default.
    Comment Tag
    Specify the format of key comments and scenario part description. The default format is [DATE] [TIME] [USER]:
    • [DATE] is replaced by the current date.
    • [TIME] is replaced by current time HH:MM.
    • [USER] is replaced with the user profile name.

    The comment tag setting is saved for each version.

    Daily forecast
    Number of week days
    Select the default number of week days for daily forecast from the list.
    Date conversion
    Number of week days
    Select the default number of week days for date conversion from the list.
    First day of week
    Select the day when the week starts from the list.
    First week of year
    Select the week when the year starts from the list.
  3. Click OK to close the dialog box or select another tab to continue.
