Configuring Key Images

To configure the Key Image:
  1. Select Menu > Setup > Formats.
  2. Select the Keys tab.
  3. In the Formats defined for drop-down, select a dataset.
  4. Double-click the key to be edited.
    The Setup Key Information dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select the Information tab and specify this information:
    Picture
    Select the check box to configure the key image.
    Folder - Pictures
    Specify the path of the images to be used.
    Folder - Large Pictures
    Optionally, specify the path for the large images. The large images are displayed if you double-click the key image.
    Template - Picture Names
    Specify TrimTail(3).
    The TRIMTAIL(n) function will trim the last (n) characters of the item number.
    Optionally, specify a suffix to filter the images based on the file type. The supported file formats are JPG, GIF, PNG, and TIFF.
  6. Click OK.
