Enabling Key Information

To enable the Product Key Information feature:

  1. Select Menu > Setup > Formats.
  2. Select the Keys tab.
  3. In the Formats defined for drop-down, select a dataset.
  4. Double-click the key to be edited.
    The Setup Key Information dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select the Information tab and specify this information:
    Key Information
    Select the applicable options from the check box list:
    • Text
    • Comment
    • Info
    • Links
    Note: The options you selected will be displayed in the Show Key Info dialog box. See Accessing Key Information.
  6. Click OK.
