Adding Data Indication to Report Measures

From the menu, select Data > Reports
The Report Wizard is displayed in the Workbench.

Select a report and click Data
Indicator
.
The Data Indicator dialog box is displayed.
- For Measures, select a measure from the drop-down list to add a data indicator.

Select Data Indicator to activate the
data indicator features.
Select from these options:
- Not Total Columns
- Only Total Columns
- All Columns
- Specify the indicator values for Data Indicator Bounds.
- Select either Color out of range or Color in range.
- Select the color for Text Color and Fill Color.

Click OK .
The indicator values are now displayed in the report.Note: You can only apply one data indicator definition per measure. However, you can easily revise or deactivate data indicators in the Data Indicator dialog box.
