Update Details to Phantom

  1. To update an existing Phantom with new key values, select Datasets > Phantoms.
    The Phantom Manager window is displayed in the Workbench.
  2. Select the phantom with status "Valid", by inserting the cursor in the key value cell you want to change.
  3. To add or change a phantom's key values, select the Browse button.
    The dialog box that opens will have the name of the key value you want to add or change.
  4. Select an item from the list by clicking on it or write a key value in the text field.
    M3 Demand Planner checks the Dataset to ensure this is a valid combination and mark it with status "Changed". If the item already exists in the Dataset the status would be not be changed.
  5. Click the Update button.
    To see the phantom(s) you created, select Datasets > Phantoms.
    The Phantom Manager window is displayed   with your phantom(s) listed and assigned with status "Changed".
    Note: You must be logged on as an administrator to complete this task.
