Approve Changes To Scenario Part

You can inspect all the sales activities from the sales activity list . If a forecaster has altered a Scenario Part in a package and uploaded the changes to the M3 DMP Server, then the Action status of the affected Sales Activities will describe the suggested modification of the Scenario Part. The effects on a Scenario Part can be inspected by selecting Scenario Part Properties .

You can also inspect the Sales Activities in the Pivot sheet by selecting Sales Activities and selecting View Scenario Part . Scenario Part with different Activity State is colored differently if Coloring on Scenario Part View setting is selected.

To make decisions on the suggested changes you can accept or reject the suggestions:

Option	Description
Accept Action	Select one or more Sales Activities and accept the requested changes using Accept Action . The accept action updates the information on the sales activity in the change list and makes the corresponding updates in the database to the forecast. Once the action is accepted the Action status is cleared.
Reject Action	Select one or more Sales Activities and Reject the requested changes using Reject Action . The reject action updates the information on the sales activity in the sales activity list to its original values and the corresponding updates in the database to the forecast are deleted. Once the action is accepted the Action status is cleared.

During the following forecast cycles the updated Sales Activities are included in the packages. If there are Sales Activities which are not accepted or rejected by the administrator, they are not included in the package until the administrator accepts or rejects them. During package creation the administrator is informed if this occurs.
To remove Sales Activities from the list, select the Scenario Part and select Revoke and Delete Scenario Part .
