Save Pivot Sheet Settings

The Save Pivot Sheet Settings feature saves the following display settings for the opened favorite view:

  • Column width
  • Sorting order  
  • Column sequence

The functionality can also be automated by checking Automatic Save Display Settings for Favorite Views, which will hide the button in the pivot sheet.

The following steps help you to save Pivot sheet settings:

  1. Click Load Data to display the Dataset in the workbench.
  2. Increase or decrease the column width according to the requirements
  3. Click on the column headers, drag and drop them to group or regroup the columns.
  4. Click to save the settings.
    Note: The settings are not saved if you close the pivot sheet without using the Save Pivot Sheet feature.
