Adding Data Indication to Report Measures

  1. From the menu, select Data > Reports
    The Report Wizard is displayed in the Workbench.
  2. Select a report and click Data Indicator .
    The Data Indicator dialog box is displayed.
  3. For Measures, select a measure from the drop-down list to add a data indicator.
  4. Select Data Indicator to activate the data indicator features.
    Select from these options:
    • Not Total Columns
    • Only Total Columns
    • All Columns
  5. Specify the indicator values for Data Indicator Bounds.
  6. Select either Color out of range or Color in range.
  7. Select the color for Text Color and Fill Color.
  8. Click OK .
    The indicator values are now displayed in the report.
    Note:  You can only apply one data indicator definition per measure. However, you can easily revise or deactivate data indicators in the Data Indicator dialog box.
