Switch user profile added to menu and make Login dialog box remember used URLs
The switch user profile menu item is only available if the server is configured with autologin. In this situation, it replaces the logout server menu. The Login dialog box URL field now has a combo box with earlier used server URLs if autologin is not configured on the server.
