The 'Manage Tenant Settings and Server Logs' management right has been split into two rights
You can now control the 'Manage Tenant Settings' and 'Manage Server Logs' rights separately. This allows you to access Server Logs without accessing Tenant Settings. These rights are allowed by default but only available if 'Manage Data Administrator' is also allowed.
