Create Change Category

  1. Select Menu > Lists > Changes Categories.
    The Categories dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click New > Change Category .
    The Change Category properties dialog box is displayed.
  3. On Change Category properties, specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name for the new change category.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description for the new change category.
  4. Select an icon from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click OK.
    The new change category is displayed in the Change Category panel.
    Note:  Only administrators can perform this task.
