Setting a Favorite View data

To set a Favorite View data, select Menu > Data > Favorite View Data, and set Action to Set.

This action allows From Favorite View to update these values, depending on the selected Set function:

• Measure can be set to specific value.
• Measure can be rounded off or truncate with the option to set negative numbers to 0.
• Key is a special set function which allow an Extra or Numeric or Text key to inherit value of measure from specific period. Offset defines the period from the start of the view sheet.

  For example, if the view sheet has Period: Monthly and starting in JANUARY 2016 then, Offset value is 2; the selected key will inherit the value of measure in MARCH 2016.
