Favorite View Grid

In the Favorite View Grid, you can use the built-in action buttons and calculation ability to create your forecast.

This table lists the right-click menu options that are available for the Favorite View Grid.

Favorite View Grid Description
Calculate Cells This opens the current change mode dialog box. These are the options available in Calculate Cells:
  • Basic Calculation
  • Advanced Calculation
  • Distribution Profile Calculation
Go to This includes the functions to help you navigate through the cells in the Favorite View Grid.
Create Phantom Structure This opens the Create Phantoms Structure dialog box in the workbench to create a new phantom with copied key structure. See Create Phantoms Structure.
Change Key State This opens the Change Key State dialog box to make changes on the key state. See Change Key State.
Change Extra Key This opens a dialog box to change the Extra Key value.
Change Forecast Method This opens a dialog box to specify the Forecast Method.
Scripts This displays all the script files with _[filename].srp from the client programs Scripts\ folder. The script files are VBScript types that you can edit in a simple text editor.
Columns This displays the options to change the display of columns in the Favorite View Grid. These are the options that you can select in the Show/Hide columns dialog box:
  • Item Number
  • Divi
  • Key State
  • Comment
  • Forecast Method
  • Competitive
  • Winner
  • Q
  • Base Key ID
Show Split Chart This changes the Split Chart on or off.
Copy to Clipboard This copies the content to the clipboard.
Copy to Clipboard including Headers This copies the content to the clipboard.
Paste from Clipboard This pastes a value into a cell.
Print Grid This prints the Favorite View Grid content.
Find This opens the Find dialog box to search among the keys and position the view on a matching key.
Reload This reloads the Favorite View Grid.
Undo Undo the previous action.
Redo Redo the previous action.
