Creating a scoreboard record

  1. Select Scoreboard > Actions > New Scoreboard record.
    The New Scoreboard dialog window is displayed.
  2. Use this table to select the scoreboard type:
    Option Description
    Favorite View Based This is used to create the scoreboard record for a particular favorite view.
    Not Completed ToDo's This is used to create scoreboard records with Not Completed Todo list items. See Create To Do List Item.
    Users with one or more uncompleted ToDo's This is used to create scoreboard records with uncompleted ToDo list items of specific users.
    Number of Phantoms This is used to create scoreboard records for a particular Dataset with Phantom items.
    Number of Phase Out's This is used to create scoreboard records for a particular Dataset with Phased out items.
    Number of SA awaiting acceptance This is used to create scoreboard records for all or a specific Dataset with sales activities awaiting acceptance.
    Number of unconfirmed SP's This is used to create scoreboard records for all or a specific dataset with unconfirmed scenario parts.
  3. Select the applicable Favorite View/Dataset(s) from the list.
    Note: For Not Completed ToDo's and Users with one or more uncompleted ToDo's types of scoreboard, a list-box is not displayed.
  4. Specify a name for the scoreboard.
  5. Provide a description for the scoreboard.
  6. Click OK to close the dialog box. A new scoreboard record is created and listed in the Analysis area.
