Attach/Detach Scenario Part

  1. Select Menu > Lists > Scenarios.
    The Scenario Information is displayed in the Workbench.
  2. Select a Dataset from the Dataset drop-down list.
    All the scenario parts and sales activities for that Dataset are displayed in Scenario Parts defined for Dataset field.
  3. Select With Scenarios to view only the defined scenarios along with the scenario parts and sales activities.
  4. Click Show Properties for Scenario/Scenario Part to view the details of a Scenario/Scenario Part.
  5. In Scenario Parts Defined for Dataset, select the scenario part you want to either attach or detach.
  6. In Scenario Name, select the Scenario to which you want to attach or detach a scenario part.
  7. Click these buttons to attach or detach a scenario part:
    Button Function
    Adds all Scenario parts from all scenarios
    Adds Scenario or Scenario part
    Removes Scenario Part
    Removes all Scenario Parts
    Moves the Scenario part up in the sequence
    Moves down the Scenario part in the sequence
  8. Click Update.  
    You have attached or detached a scenario part to or from a scenario.
  9. Click Refresh to refresh the scenario manager information after having created new scenarios, new scenario parts or deleted scenarios while the scenario manager is open.
