Compact Database

Select
Version Control, select a
version and click
Actions.
The Actions drop-down list is displayed.

Select
Compact Database
.
The Compacting Database dialog box is displayed. -
On Compacting Database, click OK.
The database is compressed. A message is displayed to inform you about the database size before and after compression.Note: The Compact Database shrinks the database size by clearing the Transaction log. This is only possible if no users are connected to the database. You can also do Compact Database by selecting the Compact Database option in the Open Version dialog box.
