Style Overview

The Style Overview application is an M3 Experience Designer application that product managers use to view and manage styles, SKUs, and pre-packs.

Accessing and updating style-related data is slow and complex because you must switch between multiple programs and panels. Information such as color and size variants, stock levels, and sourcing details is scattered across different programs, making it difficult to find and manage data. This application centralizes style information, enabling Product Managers to view and update key data in one application. It streamlines important tasks such as searching for styles, viewing product details, and managing planning and product structure data. The application also supports conditional styling and integrates with H5 to provide access to related information and actions.

Using this application, you can leverage these benefits:
  • You can search for styles by name or item number and access all relevant information and actions in one place.
  • The application displays comprehensive details such as hierarchy, pricing, weight, volume, and season settings.
  • You can view available SKUs, stock levels, and pre-packs in the application. This visibility is essential to inventory management.
  • You can view essential information such as planning data, including stock locations, buyers, suppliers, and warehouses, is available within the application.
  • You can view product structure information, such as the bill of operations and bill of materials.
  • You can create new styles and additional SKUs directly from the application.
  • You can resume working without losing context. When creating new styles, another application opens in modal mode on top of the Style Overview application.

Although you can use the application as delivered, create a copy of the standard application to align with your business processes and maintain stability as updates are deployed. If the application includes a custom list, copy and modify it to meet customer requirements and preserve functionality.
