Infor Ming.le™

Infor Ming.le is a web-based application framework that provides a common user interface for Infor applications, third-party applications, and in-house developed applications integrated through Infor ION. It is a centralized platform for social collaboration, business process improvement, and contextual analytics.

Infor Ming.le provides drill-back capability so that users can navigate across the applications to track transactions, the transfer of data, and report updates. Additionally, Infor Ming.le provides an infrastructure for sharing content with context applications.

Infor ION Grid

Infor ION Grid is a Java-based application server that provides a distributed runtime environment for other applications. Those other applications may, at any time, be added (deployed) or removed (undeployed) from a grid. The distributed nature of a grid means that an instance of the ION Grid may span multiple server machines.

Infor Document Management

Infor Document Management is an integration platform that enables you to take advantage of document solutions already in use within your organization.

Document Management is used to integrate your documents with your business processes and to provide a central repository for them. Soft links are used, based on document metadata, to provide integration between your documents and your Infor ERP solution. You can view a document from within the context of your application, or click a document link to retrieve the document from the central repository.

Document Management supports the entire lifecycle of your business documents, from input through storage, retrieval, and sharing.

Infor Document Capture

Infor Document Capture enables you to convert a high volume of unstructured document data from multiple formats into structured information by using machine learning and analytics.

The automated conversion of document data categorizes each document by type and captures and stores relevant data for each document, providing greater efficiency, productivity, and a more detailed analysis of your business processes within Infor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Document Capture offers these capabilities with M3 CloudSuites:

• Captures, extracts, and processes data from scanned supplier invoice documents or supplier invoice email attachments, then populates the details directly into M3. Typically using process steps including, Import, Page Processing, Document Review, Extraction, Data Validation, and Export.
• Interprets and verifies received images before they are added as documents in Infor Document Management.
• Authenticates exported data from Document Capture using the ION API.
• Eliminates manual data entry as part of AP supplier invoice processing and can handle high invoice volume vendors where the formats of the invoice documents are consistent.

• Invoice documents are displayed in Related Information in the relevant M3 Accounts Payable programs.

Infor Business Vault

Infor Business Vault is a software platform for data acquisition and enrichment. The business data repository contains one or many data stores populated by Business Vault software, and the data stores are available for searching data, running reports, and synchronizing data.

Infor Business Vault Base Data Store

The Infor Business Vault Base Data Store is a reporting database for the Infor Business Vault.

Infor Business Vault Data Warehouse Designer

Data Warehouse Designer is the Infor Business Vault data warehouse solution, built to support multi-dimensional data warehouse methodology. It extracts and transforms data located in systems that are not BOD enabled into a multidimensional data warehouse. From the star schemas in the data warehouse, analytic modeling is used to build and publish Infor Business Intelligence solutions.
