Infor M3 Maintenance Order Management application is specifically designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers, distributors, rental companies, and third-party maintenance providers who require a flexible system capable of managing different customers’ after sales service needs.

It provides the flexibility needed to support the additional dimension of owner and an extensive use of maintenance agreements to help build up a quick and effective sales process. Agreements can be created for general use or specifically for each customer. Different charging methods can be defined as, for example, based on a customer’s operations (meter based).
