Configuring the Create Work Order widget

  1. Click the menu icon (…) on the widget title bar and select Configure..
  2. Specify this information:
    Title
    Click the unlock button and specify a widget title.
    IDM Document Type
    Select the document type parameter based on the specific tenant to post the image.
    IDM Item Number Attribute
    Select the item number attribute parameter, for example, id1.
    IDM Serial Number Attribute
    Select the serial number attribute parameter, for example, id2.
    IDM Order Number Attribute
    Select the order number attribute parameter, for example, id3.
    Order Type
    Select your preferred order type.
    Default Structure type
    This field uses the default value of 002 but you can still select your preferred structure type.
    Default Work center
    Select the work center for the work order.
    Default Priority
    Select the order priority.
  3. Click Save.
